Bali WhisperTerms
Last updated 2026-09-13.
Bali Whisper is Batuh's private driving and day-trip service, based in Ubud, Bali — pick-ups, temple and rice-terrace routes, waterfalls, and custom days built around your dates.
Booking
There's no online checkout on this site. You message Batuh directly on WhatsApp with your dates, group size and what you're interested in, and he replies with a route and a price.
Prices
Nothing on this site is a fixed price. Any figure discussed on WhatsApp is indicative and confirmed at booking, once Batuh has your dates, group size and route.
Cancellation
Cancellation and rescheduling are confirmed at booking, directly with Batuh on WhatsApp — there's no separate published cancellation policy on this site.
What's included
What's included and what to bring is agreed for the specific day you book, and covered on WhatsApp before you go.
No warranty
This site is informational. Batuh is an independent local driver, not a registered tour agency, and nothing here guarantees availability, weather, or road conditions on a given day beyond what's agreed with him directly.
Liability
Bali Whisper / Batuh isn't liable for delays, closures, or conditions outside his control — weather, traffic, site closures — though he'll route around them where he can.
Governing terms
This service is operated in Bali, Indonesia.
